I thoroughly enjoyed setting this pale seafoam bottle top rim in recycled sterling silver on a highly polished hand hammered textures band. This band size T. You can see the original shape of the bottle rim and ridge. It has different depth of colouring and texture, a real unique piece.
Did you know that the soft aqua colour of seafoam glass is caused by iron found in the sand used to make old bottles from around the 1800s-1900s.
