Handmade Cornflower Blue Sea Glass & Ammonite Earrings
These elegant drop earrings feature two beautiful pieces of naturally sea tumbled cornflower blue sea glass, each hand collected from the beaches of Torbay. Carefully matched for colour and character, the sea glass has been set in handcrafted fine silver bezels, preserving each piece's wonderfully organic shape.
Suspended from sterling silver ear wires, each earring is finished with a delicate handcrafted ammonite detail—a subtle nod to the ancient fossils found along our coastline and a celebration of the sea's timeless beauty. Handmade using recycled sterling silver and traditional silversmithing techniques, these earrings are lightweight, comfortable to wear and completely unique.
Did you know? Blue sea glass is far less common than green or brown on UK beaches. It often began life as vintage medicine bottles, ink bottles or decorative tableware before spending decades being naturally frosted and shaped by the sea.
Every piece of sea glass I use is personally beachcombed from the beautiful Torbay coastline. As no two pieces are ever the same, each pair of earrings is truly one of a kind. If you have your own treasured piece of sea glass, I'd be delighted to create a bespoke piece of jewellery just for you.
